Hosted at Samahita Retreat, a beachfront sanctuary set along 200 metres of coastline, the retreat combines authentic yoga practices, nourishing food and thoughtful hospitality in an environment that supports personal growth and transformation.
Through movement, meditation, breathwork and guided inner exploration, participants are invited to reconnect with themselves, move beyond habitual patterns and rediscover a sense of presence, clarity and inner peace.

What To Expect
The retreat combines daily yoga and meditation practices with restorative sessions and transformational workshops, creating a balanced rhythm of movement, reflection and rest.
